Gatelinx and Promosoft Form Strategic Partnership

To Deliver Branded IP Multimedia Communications Solution
Integrated Voice, Video and Data for the Desktop Launches in U.S Initially;
International Markets to Follow

SOUTHERN PINES, NC– September 9, 2004 – Gatelinx Corporation, a leading provider of innovative IP multimedia technologies, today announced it has inked an agreement with Promosoft Corporation, a global leader in the promotion of best of breed world-class software solutions, to roll-out an integrated voice, video and data communications solution to Promosoft customers worldwide. The software package, branded Promosoft Communicator, is powered by Gatelinx’s premier IP multimedia technology that enables voice and video collaboration, conferencing and communications over a standard Internet connection. In addition to real-time voice and video, the offering will include application sharing, multimedia streaming and text chat to provide customers with a fully integrated communications and collaboration tool on their desktop.

Promosoft Communicator offers a low-cost, high performance solution that addresses the pervasive communication challenges that face customers today as they struggle to increase productivity, minimize escalating travel costs, and foster better relationships with their partners and customers. As an easy to deploy software package that works over Internet, Promosoft Communicator customers will immediately have access to real-time communications while mitigating traditional hurdles of high costs and complex installations associated with other communications and collaboration solutions. And, because the software is encrypted and can securely navigate firewalls, customers are assured that all their communications are highly secure.

Customers will be able to download the software directly from Promosoft, with the product initially available in the U.S. and subsequently marketed to Europe, the UK and Asia.
